How do I read and complete my workouts?
Go to THE PROGRAM page.  Scroll down and watch the 2 remaining videos that explain the proper way to complete and understand the workouts titled  'How to do the Workouts' and 'How 360FT Works' and ask your trainer.
 
How often should I do my 360 CARDIO workouts?
The 360 CARDIO program is designed to be completed after your strength workout workout on training days at Fitness Together, as well as on your off days. outside of the studio. Each week you will have 3 workouts, Workout 1 is to be completed on your 1st training day at FT and your first off day. Workout 2 is to be completed on your 2nd training day at FT and your second off day.  Finally, Workout 3 is to be completed on your 3rd training day and your thrid off day. This is the optimal goal, but your trainer will let you know iexactly how to structure your 360 FT workout plan.
 
Does it make a difference whether I do my cardio before or after my weight training?
Since weight training is composed of generally anaerobic exercises that burn sugar, you’re better off doing your cardio after your weight routine in order to burn more fat.

Since you will have depleted your sugar storage during the weight training, you’ll be relying even more on your body fat as a fuel source during the time spent doing whatever type of cardio you choose to do. In addition to a good cardio plan, modify your eating habits to really maximize your fat-loss.
How do I know the program is working?
There are several ways to know what 360 CARDIO is wroking for you.
1.  You are losing weight.
2.  You are decreasing your body fat.
3.  You are improving your cardiovascular fitness.
     - Increased recovery times compared to previous workouts
     - Heart rate is stablized during workouts
     - Increasing speed at the same heart rate compared to previous workouts
 
How important is it to involve weight training and nutrition with the 360 FT program?
360 CARDIO is a key component to your training program, but it is only part of your success. Nutrition and resistance training are also vital to achieving your goals.  By training at Fitness Together and completing the 360 CARDIO workouts you will guarnateed to see results!
 
How do I switch my 360 CARDIO workouts from treadmill to elliptical or bike?
Ask your trainer or the studio manager and they will happily assist you.
 
What is the progress application?
The progress application will track your Weight, % of Weight Lost, Body Fat, % of Body Fat Lost and Cardiovascular Fitness. In addition, it will also let you know how your progress ranks at your studio and in the nation. The progress tracking will be used in competitions like 360 FT’s Biggest Loser  (coming soon).  Read and watch The Blog to know when these competitions are taking place.

The Blog will give you tips on your road to a better body and will help educate you on hot topics in the fitness industry as well as updates to the 360 CARDIO program.
